From riverside venues to city parks and suburban backyards, Brisbane has no shortage of great places to get married. I’ve married couples in Herston and across the city, and I bring the same thing to every ceremony: a story that’s about you, a few laughs and a room full of happy guests.
How Brisbane bookings work
- Same fee, plus travel. My standard $790 fee covers everything, and I’ll quote travel to your venue up front so there are no surprises.
- Meet in person or online. We can catch up for a coffee halfway, or do our planning chats by video. Unlimited calls, texts and emails either way.
- Rehearsals are optional. Many Brisbane couples skip it, but if you’d like one, it’s $110 plus travel.
- The legal stuff is identical. Your Notice of Intended Marriage, certificates and lodgement are all handled by me, wherever in Queensland you marry.

How much do you charge to travel to Brisbane?
It depends on where your venue is. Send me the address and I’ll give you a clear travel quote with your booking.
Can we meet before the wedding if we live in Brisbane?
Yes. We can meet halfway for a coffee or do our catch-ups by video, whichever is easier for you.
Can you lodge our marriage paperwork in Brisbane?
Yes. As an authorised celebrant I can marry you anywhere in Australia, and I lodge your paperwork with Queensland Births, Deaths and Marriages the next business day.
